1 – Exam will be conducted offline. परीक्षा ऑफलाइन आयोजित की जाएगी।
2 – The question paper will have 3 parts. प्रश्न पत्र में 3 भाग होंगे।
3 – Part A will be of General Knowledge of HP, India & International, Part B will be of Computer Knowledge & Part 3 will be of Reasoning. भाग ए हिमाचल प्रदेश, भारत और विश्व के जनरल नॉलेज का होगा, भाग बी कंप्यूटर नॉलेज का होगा और भाग3 रीजनिंग का होगा।
4 – The Questions will be Objective Type. प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की होंगे ।
5 – Question Paper will consist 100 Questions.प्रश्न पत्र में 100 प्रश्न होंगे
6 – Each question carries 01 Marks So paper will be of total 100 marks. पेपर कुल 100 अंकों का होगा।
7 – Time duration of exam will be given 02 Hours.परीक्षा की समय अवधि 02 घंटे दी जाएगी।
8 – There will be 1/4 Negative Marking. 1/4 निगेटिव मार्किंग होगी।
9 – Candidate who qualified written exam will be called for Skill Tset.

3. Typing Test: The candidates shall have to qualify for, typing test with a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English and 25 W.P.M. in Hindi, on Computers. Provided that only 10% of the mistakes in typing tests shall be permitted. Note-1:-The time for typing test shall be ten
(10) minutes.
Note-2:-The typing test shall be merely qualifying and marks obtained therein shall not be counted for determining the final merit.
Note-3: Final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the written test.
