1 – There will be total 02 sections in Exam. परीक्षा में कुल 02 खंड होंगे।
2 – 1st section will be of General Studies consist of 100 questions examination medium will be Gujarati.पहला खंड सामान्य अध्ययन का होगा जिसमें 100 प्रश्न होंगे परीक्षा का माध्यम गुजराती होगा।
3 – 2nd section will be of Concerned Subject Civil consist of 200 questions examination medium will be English.दूसरा खंड संबंधित विषय का होगा सिविल में 200 प्रश्नों का परीक्षा माध्यम अंग्रेजी होगा।
4 – Each question carries 01 Marks So paper will be of total 300 marks.प्रत्येक प्रश्न में 01 अंक होते हैं इसलिए पेपर कुल 300 अंकों का होगा।
5 – Time duration of exam will be given 03 Hours.परीक्षा की समय अवधि 03 घंटे दी जाएगी।
6 – All the questions will be objective type in nature.सभी प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के होंगे।
7 – There will be 1/3 negative marking scheme is also applicable.1/3 निगेटिव मार्किंग योजना भी लागू होगी।
8 – Candidate who qualified written exam will be called for Personal Interview.
