पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को 60 मिनट में 07 किलोमीटर और महिला अभ्यर्थियों को 15 मिनट में 3.5 किलोमीटर दौड़ना आवश्यक होगा।

Physical Measurement :
पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम ऊँचाई 168 सेमी० व महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 152 सेमी० अनिवार्य होगी। पर्वतीय मूल के अभ्यर्थियों को 5 सेमी० की छूट अनुमन्य होगी। पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए सीना फुलाव के साथ 84 सेमी०, जिसमें न्यूनतम 5 सेमी० का फुलाव अनिवार्य होगा। पर्वतीय मूल के अभ्यर्थियों को 5 सेमी० की छूट अनुमन्य होगी। महिला अभ्यर्थियों का वजन न्यूनतम 45 किलोग्राम होना चाहिए।
Physical Efficiency Test :
पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को 60 मिनट में 07 किलोमीटर और महिला अभ्यर्थियों को 35 मिनट 3.5 किलोमीटर दौड़ना आवश्यक होगा।

1 – The Exam Will be Written Objective Type.परीक्षा वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की होगी
2 – Question Paper Will Consist 100 Questions.प्रश्न पत्र में 100 प्रश्न होंगे
3 – Paper will be of Hindi, Uttarakhand General Knowledge & General Awareness. पेपर हिंदी, उत्तराखंड सामान्य ज्ञान और सामान्य जागरूकता का होगा।
4 – Each question carries 1 Marks So paper will be of total 100 marks.पेपर कुल 100 अंकों का होगा।
5 – Time duration of exam will be given 02 Hours.समय अवधि 02 घंटे दी जाएगी।
6 – Negative Marking will be 1/4 (0.25) Marks.नकारात्मक अंकन 1/4 (0.25) अंक होगा।
7 – Candidate who qualified written exam will be called for Documents Verification.
